About Us

The Fearless Supply Co. was founded in March 2022 by CEO Synia Slater, whose passion for hair and beauty inspired her to create a brand rooted in purpose and innovation. While she never aspired to be a service provider, Synia always dreamed of entrepreneurship—with a mission to retire her mother and open beauty supply stores worldwide. During the pandemic, she noticed her edges weren’t growing as quickly as she hoped and struggled with traditional hair oils that left residue on her dry scalp. Determined to find a solution, she teamed up with licensed cosmetologists and began extensive research, eventually formulating what would become the brand’s best-selling product: All-Natural Hair Growth Oil. Building on its success, Synia infused the same nourishing ingredients into a custom edge control—an everyday staple in her routine. Once satisfied with both formulas, she worked closely with a lab to finalize the ingredients and bring her vision to life. This led to the creation of The Fearless Supply Co., a brand that reflects her love for beauty supply stores—her “second home.” Since its launch in, the brand has reached customers in over 42 states and four international countries (as of May 2025), with plans to expand even further. Synia has also entered the hair extension market through a partnership offering 100% unprocessed raw hair, staying true to her mission of building a non-toxic beauty brand. With unwavering dedication, she continues to research and develop trend-forward, clean products—and she’s incredibly grateful for the love and support on this journey.
