The Fearless Supply Co., founded in March 2022 by CEO Synia Slater, was born from her passion for beauty and a lifelong dream of entrepreneurship aimed at retiring her mother and opening global beauty supply stores.

During the pandemic, Synia faced personal hair challenges that led her to create the brand’s best-selling All-Natural Hair Growth Oil, developed through research and collaboration with licensed cosmetologists. She later expanded the line to include a custom edge control and partnered with a lab to perfect her formulas.

The brand has since grown rapidly, reaching customers in over 42 U.S. states and four international countries (as of May 2025), and has expanded into the hair extension market with a focus on non-toxic, high-quality products.
