Yes. Raw hair can be colored, toned, or dyed. For dramatic color changes, we recommend working with a professional stylist.

Minimal shedding is normal. Proper installation and maintenance will help keep shedding to a minimum.

With proper care, raw hair should not excessively tangle. We recommend regular brushing and protecting the hair while sleeping.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, simply mark “Urgent” in your email and we'll get back to you ASAP.

We recommend washing every 7–10 days to remove product buildup and keep the hair soft and hydrated.

Raw hair is natural, so no two bundles are exactly identical. Slight variations in wave pattern or color are normal and part of its authenticity.

Yes. Raw hair is durable and can be reinstalled multiple times with proper care.

We offer raw Cambodian bundles from 14” to 32”, depending on availability. For bundles over 28", we recommend 4 bundles.
