Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through The Fearless Supply Co. are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law or the item is deemed defective.


Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Report and return the item within 15 days of purchase.

  • Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Once inspected and approved, an exchange will be issued if the product qualifies.

Please contact orders@thefearlesssupplyco.com with your order number and a photo of the defective item.


Shipping & Return Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be delayed during high-volume periods or holidays.


Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item:

  • Your order will ship once the product is received from our supplier.

  • After receiving the item, allow up to 3 business days for processing.

  • Estimated delivery time for pre-orders is 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to this timeline.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. You can check your shipment status directly at usps.com or ups.com.


International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 8–16 business days, depending on customs and destination country. Additional customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Shipping Limitations & Responsibility

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. For alternate arrangements, contact contact@thefearlesssupplyco.com.

  • Ownership Transfer: Once an order is handed off to the carrier, The Fearless Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or stolen packages. Ownership transfers to the buyer at that point.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, delivery is not guaranteed and must be resolved with the shipping carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 12 days of your shipping confirmation, contact orders@thefearlesssupplyco.com with your name and order number.
