Each bundle is co-washed by us upon arrival, ensuring it’s clean, soft, and ready for install.

Installation:

This hair can be styled in many ways. For the best results and long-term use, only cut the wefts when absolutely necessary.

Maintenance:

Apply a light oil or serum daily to keep hair soft and hydrated.

Brush 2–3 times a day (or as needed) to prevent tangling.

Protect your hair with a satin bonnet or scarf nightly to maintain its natural luster.

Wash every 7–10 days to remove buildup and restore movement.

Always use a heat protectant when applying any heat to hair. Only ise up to 410 degrees.

With proper care, your raw hair will stay full, healthy, and ready for any style.

Processing Time

All on-hand orders are processed within 1–2 business days for both postal and local pickup options.

Shipping Time

After processing, please allow 1–3 business days for delivery via postal service. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Responsibility

Once products have been shipped, The Fearless Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of the package transfers to the buyer once it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are also processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email and phone notification with pickup details/address once your order is ready.

Our warehouse is located in White Plains, MD (approximately 10-15 minutes from St. Charles Mall).

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once hair extensions or related items have been opened, installed, or altered in any way.

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at contact@thefearlesssupplyco.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product in its original, unaltered condition.

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 7 days of approval.
