What types of hair extensions do you offer?

• We offer 100% Raw Hair Extensions that are not chemically treated, from one donor, naturally colored (1b) natural brown and can be dyed and bleached to 613 (recommended to be done by a professional)
• There is minimum to no shedding/tangling
• This hair can also be heat-styled with tools going up to 500 degrees (apply a heat protector before heat to protect hair from damage)
• Our textures range from straight, wavy, and curly.
  
• Perfect for sewin, quickweaves, and can be made into a wig and or clip-ins.

What is the difference between Virgin and Raw Hair extensions?

Virgin Hair

• 100% human hair that has never been chemically processed (no dye, bleach, perm, relaxer).

• May be steam-textured to create curls or waves.

• Typically comes from multiple donors, and the cuticles are aligned (if it's Remy).

• Varies in quality 

Raw Hair

• The purest form of human hair.

• Completely unprocessed: no steam, no chemicals, no texture added — straight from the donor.

• Always single-donor, with full cuticle alignment.

• Natural textures only (e.g., raw straight, raw wavy, raw curly).

What textures and lengths are available?

Textures: Raw Straight, Raw Natural Wave, Raw Cambodian Curly, Raw Burmese Curly

Lengths: Up to 24 inches for both frontals and closures. Up to 30 inches for bundles.

How long do the hair extensions last?

Up to 2-5 years with proper care. Bundles and Lace can be used numerous times.

How often should I wash my hair?

Our Raw Hair Extensions are sourced directly from donors and are 100% unprocessed — meaning the hair is in its most natural, untouched state. Because it is truly raw, it should be treated with the same care and attention as if it were growing from your own scalp. For best results, we recommend washing the hair every 7–9 days and allowing it to air dry naturally.

How long does shipping take? 

For any pre-orders, hair will take up to 2-7 business days to deliver to your door!

Is there international shipping? 

Yes, we ship globally and all 50 US states. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return my hair? 

No, we do not offer any exchanges or returns on our products.

 

Brush Regularly

Brush your hair at least twice a day to reduce tangling and extend its lifespan. Use a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends upward.

Sleep with Care

Before bed, secure your hair in a low ponytail with a satin scrunchie, and wear a satin-lined bonnet for added protection. This helps reduce friction and keeps your hair smooth overnight.

Wash Day

Wash your hair every 7–9 days using sulfate-free products. This is real raw hair — regular washing helps keep it soft, shiny, and restores it to its natural state.

Protect Your Hair

After washing, let your hair air dry for best results. When not in use, store it in the silk bag provided to maintain quality and prevent tangling.

Styling Tips

Before using hot tools, always apply a light heat protectant. This keeps your hair healthy, shiny, and helps avoid heat damage.
